State-run airport shuttle service ArBus has announced that it will be launching a new route to Ezeiza International airport from October.
The company made the announcement as it celebrates one year since launching shuttle services between Buenos Aires’ domestic and regional airport Jorge Newberry (Aeroparque) and various points in the city.

The new service will run between the two airports, stopping at Carlos Pellegrini 571 in central Buenos Aires near the Obelisco. This connecting service has so far only been available to staff at the airports and selected airlines, but will be opened to the public from October.
Other routes currently offered by ArBus connect Aeroparque with: Retiro terminal, Puente Saavedra, Belgrano (Juramento and Cuba), Pacífico (near Palermo D-line subte stop), the Obelisco, and Alto Palermo shopping centre.
The services run from 6.30am to midnight, every day, at 30-60 minute intervals. Tickets cost a flat $30 and are payable with SUBE cards.
The company said it would soon be providing more details about timetables and fares for the new Ezeiza route. It added that the new fares would be ‘accessible to all’.
